Free parking is available directly in front of and behind the hotel throughout your stay. We also offer four charging stations for electric cars as well as a secure bicycle garage.

Arrival & parking
One of our rooms in the main building has been adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The restaurant, bar and terrace can all be reached step-free. Both the main building and the Bergerhof are equipped with a lift providing easy access to the different floors. The swimming pool is also accessible step-free via a separate outdoor path.
Check-in & Check-out
We guarantee check-in from 3 pm onwards. If your room is available upon arrival, you can access it straight away.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am. You are still welcome to use the wellness area and swimming pool free of charge until the regular closing time.
Rooms & amenities
In the main building, you’ll find 34 modern and tastefully furnished rooms, as well as 5 rooms in Pension Landleben and another 5 in the Bergerhof. Photos and all further information can be found on our rooms landingpage.
Half board includes a generous breakfast buffet with fresh pastries and a wide selection of regional products, as well as a seasonal four-course dinner, freshly prepared by our kitchen team. It also includes free access to the wellness area and a wellness bag with towels and bathrobes. For environmental reasons, we kindly ask you to bring your own slippers.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

A bathrobe is provided in the room for every adult guest. Upon request, we are also happy to provide bathrobes for children.

Swimming pool and fitness room: 7 am – 7.30 pm
Sauna area (textile-free) and family sauna: 2 pm - 7.30 pm
The pool water is kept at a pleasant temperature of 29 °C.

Yes, guests staying at the Luisenhof enjoy complimentary access to the wellness area in the main building. Breakfast, dinner and wellness treatments can also be added to your stay at any time.
Children & dogs
Children are always welcome at the Bütgenbacher Hof. We offer fixed rates for children depending on age, including an extra bed and half board:
- Cot up to and including 2 years: free of charge
- Extra bed for children aged 3 to 12 including half board: €60 (with 2 full-paying adults in the room, except in the “Kuschelnest” single room)
- Extra bed for children aged 13 to 17 including half board: €90 (with 2 full-paying adults in the room, except in the “Kuschelnest” economy single room)
Dogs are very welcome in Pension Landleben, the Luisenhof holiday house and the Bergerhof. The supplement is €15 per dog, per night. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the main building. In good weather, they are of course also welcome on the terrace.
Bicycles
We rent e-bikes and mountain bikes. If you bring your own bicycle, you can store it free of charge in our bicycle garage.
Surroundings
The Bütgenbacher Hof is located directly on Bütgenbach’s market square. Supermarkets, a pharmacy and several other shops are all within walking distance. Right opposite the hotel, you will also find a children’s playground, a mini-golf course and the local tourist office. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling, while the nearby Lake Bütgenbach offers a wide range of water sports activities.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the agreed total amount. Detailed cancellation conditions can be found in our terms and conditions.

- Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Within 14 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount

If you postpone your stay outside the free cancellation period, the same conditions apply. In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
