Lockable bicycle garages with charging facilities for e-bikes are available for your bikes.
Guests staying in the main hotel and the Bergerhof will find the bicycle garage directly behind the hotel.
A separate bicycle garage is available at Hilgershof for guests staying there.

Arrival & stay
Your room is available from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is already available, you are welcome to access it straight away.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am. Afterwards, you are welcome to continue using the wellness area and swimming pool free of charge until 7.30 pm.
When booking half board, the following services are included:
- Generous breakfast buffet
- Four-course half-board dinner in the evening
- Free access to the wellness area
- Wellness bag with towels and bathrobes for the duration of your stay
- Bathrobes for children are available on request
Free parking is available directly in front of and behind the hotel. The hotel also offers four charging stations for electric cars.
Our swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
The textile-free wellness area in the main building and Pension Landleben, as well as the family sauna (swimwear area), are open from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
For the duration of your stay, we provide you with a wellness bag containing bath towels and a bathrobe. For the sake of the environment, we kindly ask you to bring your own pool slippers. If you happen to forget them, we will of course provide you with disposable slippers free of charge.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
Rooms & amenities
Children are always welcome at the Bütgenbacher Hof. We offer fixed rates for children depending on age, including an extra bed and half board:
- Cot up to and including 2 years: free of charge
- Extra bed for children aged 3 to 12 including half board: €60 (with 2 full-paying adults in the room, except in the “Kuschelnest” single room)
- Extra bed for children aged 13 to 17 including half board: €90 (with 2 full-paying adults in the room, except in the “Kuschelnest” single room)
A cosy bathrobe is also waiting in the room for our little guests.
Your four-legged companions are very welcome in the Bergerhof and Hilgershof annex buildings. One dog is allowed per room; a second dog upon request.
Please note that dogs cannot stay in the Stammhaus. In good weather, however, your four-legged companion is very welcome to join you on the terrace.
The supplement is 25 € per dog, per night.
As guests of Hilgershof, you have exclusive access to a private wellness area with a spacious sauna, relaxation room and beautiful outdoor area.
You can safely store your bicycles in the on-site bicycle garage.
Each room has a fridge for your own use, while drinks and snacks are available from the vending machine in the foyer.

In the Stammhaus and Bergerhof, a lift conveniently takes you to all floors. In the Stammhaus, we have also created an accessible room. The restaurant, bar and terrace can be reached via level paths. For guests with reduced mobility, the swimming pool can be reached without steps via a separate outdoor path.
The Hilgershof does not have a lift; the rooms can be reached by stairs over a maximum of two floors.
Booking & payment
For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms, free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed total amount. Different conditions apply for bookings of 3 rooms or more. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
