Indulgence in a cosy atmosphere

The dining areas of our restaurant were refurbished in 2014 to feature clear structures and warm colours. This is where the gourmet's heart skips a beat – whether over a relaxing breakfast or a romantic dinner. Six chefs assisted by several trainees turn fresh ingredients into delicious dishes that even Gault & Millau testers appreciate, since they awarded our kitchen 14 points.

Tasty bistro food

Guests can enjoy tasty bistro food in our new conservatory overlooking the green village square. Our brasserie is open to hotel guests and non-residents – whether for a light dinner or lunch in an informal setting.

Meals from the – regularly changing – bistro menu are served between 11 am and 9 pm from Wednesday to Sunday, and between 11 am and 6 pm on Saturdays. During the school holidays the bistro is also open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 12 am to 9 pm.

Our friendly courtyard beckons in fine weather. The open fireplace at its centre is where people gather to enjoy an apéritif or a friendly get-together.

It is where hotel guests and non-residents can savour a refreshing drink, an ice or something tasty from our ice cream and bistro menus.

Regional, seasonal, creative

Our chefs and trainees make every effort to spoil our guests every single day. They use seasonal ingredients and regional produce from sources certified as “Made in Ostbelgien”, where the selection of goods ranges from meat and fish to chocolate. All the products used are of the highest quality.

In addition to their menu of the day, alternative main courses and bistro menu, our young team also offers a gourmet menu that changes each month to highlight seasonal specialities. Our carefully selected range of wines naturally ensures a complete culinary experience – and there is a choice of fine apéritifs, digestifs and beers to satisfy any taste.
