Just ten metres from the main building of the Bütgenbacher Hof, right in the heart of the village, the Luisenhof offers the perfect balance between privacy and easy access to everything around it. Nature begins just outside the door, with Lake Bütgenbach, vast forests and countless walking trails nearby. At the same time, everything you need for a relaxed group stay can be found either in the house itself or just oppose-ite at the hotel.
With 200 m² of living space spread across two floors, the Luisenhof offers plenty of room for groups and families.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious living and dining area with seating for up to 10 guests, as well as a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a large shared bathroom with shower and corner bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
Outside, you have your own private terrace and small garden area to enjoy in peace. The Luisenhof is also perfectly suited for a holiday with your dog.

Behind the name “Luisenhof” lies a small family story. Luise Hilgers, née Nix, was born in 1882 and built the house together with her husband Bernard around 1910 - the very house that today carries her name. For decades, the family lived here from farming. In 1987, her grandson Norbert Maraite founded the Bütgenbacher Hof next door, and in 2024, the old family house was transformed into the holiday home it is today. Thorsten Maraite, who now runs the hotel in the second generation, wanted to keep the memory of his great-grandmother Luise alive and named the house after her: Luisenhof. A lovely idea, don’t you think?
