Our team - your colleagues
We are one of the region’s leading training hotels and currently train ten apprentices. Here, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, apprentices and colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. Everyone brings their own strengths and ideas, which is what gives the team its lively and varied character.
During our annual apprentice week, the apprentices take over the hotel themselves for one week, from the kitchen to the restaurant. We believe taking on responsibility is one of the best ways to learn.
You’ll also be joining a workplace that is constantly evolving. Hotel owner Thorsten Maraite regularly draws inspiration from some of Europe’s best hotels and still has plenty of ideas for the future. One thing is certain: it never gets boring here.
