We are a family-run hotel and restaurant and ranks among the top addresses in the German-speaking East Cantons of Belgium.Our property features 39 tastefully furnished rooms, a bright veranda with a sunny terrace, and five charming dining rooms offering a total of 120 seats. A place that not only delights our guests but also serves as a unique workplace for those passionate about hospitality and gastronomy.
Your profile:
- You are open, motivated, reliable, and always eager to learn new things!
- You enjoy cooking and interacting with guests. You consider hospitality as a potential passion!
- You value quality and service; a well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude are second nature to you.
Your training with us:
- Lots of variety: You'll spend 2/3 of your apprenticeship in the kitchen and 1/3 in service. This will give you a great overview, allowing you to excel in both areas.
- Learning by doing: Our team will teach you everything – from cooking in both hot and cold kitchens to mastering the service with beverage and wine knowledge. You'll quickly discover how exciting it is to delight our guests!
- School and practice: You’ll typically spend one day a week in school, while the other four days you’ll be actively involved in the business, gaining direct experience. You’ll also have two days off per week.
