To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer you the following possible additional services, which can be booked in advance or on site, depending on availability.

### Prices according to season

**The following services are included in the price:**

- Electricity, water en waste tax
- Bed linen
- Towels (1 large, 1 small per person)
- Swimming in the Hotel Bütgenbacher Hof - all days between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm (changes possible due to aquagym courses)
- Wellness area in the Hotel Bütgenbacher Hof (without swimwear) from 14 years, family sauna with swimwear  
- all days between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm  
- all days on advance reservation from 11:00 am to 14:00 pm
- Fitness in the Hotel Bütgenbacher Hof - all days from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm

Extras:

- € 2.00 overnight tax per person per night
- Maximum 2 babycots: free of charge
- Maximum 2 children's beds (up to and incl. 17 years) : € 20.00 per child per night
- Dogs (maximum 2 dogs allowed): € 15.00 per dog per night

*All services offered in the hotel, such as breakfast, dinner, bathrobe, bicycles, etc. can also be booked. The prices of the additional services can be found under "additional services".*

**Booking and payment terms:**

For final confirmation we ask for a deposit of € 500.00. The deposit will be refunded 1 week after departure if no use has to be made of it. The accommodation costs will be charged 2 months before arrival (immediately for bookings made at short notice).

If you are unable to stay as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- Cancellation of the booking up to 8 complete weeks before the start of the stay: no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 8 weeks to 4 complete weeks before the start of the stay: 50% of the total price of the stay.
- Cancellation within 4 weeks to 1 complete week before the start of the stay: 75% of the total price of the stay.
- Cancellation 1 week before the start of the stay, as well as no-show: 100% of the total price of the stay. This also applies in the event of early departure.
