Introduction

Established in 1987, Hotel Bütgenbacher Hof is a genuine family business. It has been managed by the second generation of the family – Thorsten Maraite and his wife Jennifer Heyen – since 2011. The couple welcome their guests in warm and natural surroundings that promise well-being and indulgence.

Six chefs assisted by a number of trainees rise to the challenge of delighting guests every single day. The young team enjoy devising ever new culinary ideas for preparing seasonal ingredients in imaginative ways.

34 modern and tastefully appointed rooms are available for guests. They offer every comfort and all feature an en-suite bathtub or shower, a flat-screen TV, a safe as well as tea-making facilities. A wellness bag with bath towels and robes is provided for you in each room. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to bring your own slippers. However, should you forget them, we will of course provide you with disposable slippers free of charge.

Fresh seasonal ingredients and regional products underpin our culinary offering. Our team has been cooperating with certified producers from the “Made in Ostbelgien” initiative for a number of years. Whether meat, fish, bread, fruit and vegetables or even chocolate, our guests can rest assured that all the produce we serve is of the very best quality, fresh and predominantly from local sources.

As well as preparing a different menu for our guests each day, we offer a gourmet menu reflecting the season’s produce together with various alternative main courses. All of this is of course rounded off with a carefully selected range of wines.

Keen swimmers will enjoy our inviting 16-metre indoor pool swimming pool. Large windows to the outside world create a friendly poolside atmosphere that hotel guests appreciate.

Various saunas including a Finnish sauna, a steam room and an infrared sauna cabin together with three hot tubs complete our spa and wellness facilities. Guests can conclude their spa session in our relaxing quiet room.

Our range of beauty care includes classical cosmetic treatments as well as traditional oriental therapies. Our beauty and wellness programme for women and men features various facials and massages as well as manicures and pedicures using high-quality products to pamper your body and soul.

Guests can work through their own special, customised fitness programme in our well-equipped gym. Top-quality machines are provided for guests to train towards reaching their own personal fitness goals.
